Cancel any time from your platform's subscription settings. Your access stays until the end of the current paid period.

iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Dabke → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Play Store → menu → Subscriptions → Dabke → Cancel.

Open Dabke → Profile → Sign out → Delete account. We'll remove your profile, progress, attempts, and uploaded videos from our production systems within 30 days. If you'd rather we delete your account manually, email learndabkeapp@gmail.com from the address on your account and we'll handle it.

Subscriptions are tied to the platform store account that purchased them. An iOS purchase works on any iOS device signed in to the same Apple ID. Cross-platform restore between iOS and Android isn't supported by the underlying stores, sorry.

The AI is guidance, not a judge. It picks up on timing, footwork, posture, and energy — but real-world dance is contextual. If a take feels off to the AI, try filming from a side angle, framing waist-down, and dancing on the 1 (the kick beat) rather than on the off-beat. If it's consistently wrong, email us a clip and we'll dig in.

Make sure you're signed into iCloud on the device (Settings → [your name]). If Apple sign-in still fails, sign in with email + password instead and email us — we'll investigate the OAuth side.

Try clearing the in-app browser's cookies for accounts.google.com and trying again. If you're using a school or work Google account, OAuth may be blocked by your admin — try a personal Gmail account.
